Return & Refund Policy (Updated with Video Proof)

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

  • We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong flavor, variant, or quantity).
  • The request is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in good condition, with complete packaging and accessories, and must not show signs of excessive use or tampering.
  • Customers must provide clear photo and video proof showing the condition of the item upon unboxing/delivery and the issue being claimed.
  • ⚠️ Note: Due to the nature of vape products (consumables, sealed devices, hygiene concerns), we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, refilled, or tampered with.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used vape pods, e-liquids, or consumables.
  • Items without proper video proof or incomplete documentation.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Products purchased during clearance, flash sales, or marked as non-refundable.


3. Process for Return & Refund

  • Request: Contact our customer support team via Messenger within 3 days of delivery.
  • Verification: Provide your order number plus photo and video proof of the item and packaging.
  • Approval: Once verified, we will confirm if your request is eligible.

Return Shipping:

  • If the issue is our fault (defective, wrong item), we will shoulder the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order placed), the buyer shoulders the shipping fee.
  • Refund/Replacement:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Customers may choose between store credits, replacement item, or cash refund (if applicable).


4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


5. Damaged or Wrong Item Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
